We’re volunteering with the Wave Project Brighton as mentors on their Surf Therapy courses and Surf Club. Eligible 8 to 18 year olds who have faced exceptional challenges can benefit from fully funded surf sessions. Find out more at https://www.facebook.com/waveprojectuk

Thursday
7am Pilates for Intermediates @ Revitalise Brighton

4.30pm Wheels For All Horsham, Broadbridge Heath (term time only)
7pm SUP Yoga – The SHAC Lagoon, Buckland nr Reigate (from 4th May)
