We are very flexible & mobile and can create bespoke services where you are, but here are some of our regular and favourite locations:

Sheffield Park & Garden, Uckfield 

We are thrilled to be delivering SUP sessions at the National Trust's stunning Sheffield Park & Garden. Find us on the Upper Women's Way Pond  (it's a lake really!) throughout the Summer. Fitness & PT sessions also available.

Brighton & Hove
… and along the South Coast

My home town … there are many adventures to be had on and off the water. Opt for the South Downs or Stanmer Park for MTB or onto the sea for SUPfitness and PT sessions we can do anywhere! 

Shoreham & River Adur

With easy public transport access Shoreham’s beaches and the River Adur make for a great SUP trip. Depending on tide times, weather conditions and time available, choose between several SUP trips all with start points within easy reach of the high street. 

Running alongside the River Adur is the Downs Link, offering relatively flat and gentle cycle rides, for example the 12mile round trip to Bramber Castle and beyond for those who want more of a challenge, whether that’s in distance or on to the South Downs for to tackle some hills and trickier terrain!

SoulFit Lewes

Soulfit is Lewes' and East Sussex's friendly, independent Yoga and PT studio. I teach Pilates classes here weekly on Fridays 12-1pm - click below to visit the site directly to book!

Sport Brighton, Falmer

Situated on the edge of Brighton amongst the green fields and hills of the South Downs, the Falmer campus houses a range of outdoor sports pitches and indoor facilities. I teach here on Wednesdays, 6:30-7:15pm open to community, staff and students. 

Amberley & Arundel,
West Sussex

With the rolling South Downs and the River Arun these are ideal locations for our activities on and off the water. Join us for SUP Yoga, a Nurture in Nature day retreat, MTB, outdoor fitness and special events.

Seven Sisters & Cuckmere
Valley, East Sussex

This iconic location is one of our favourite backdrops for SUP, MTB and fitness.  With easy access to the enclosed waters of the meanders, this is the ideal SUP spot for beginners, special occasions and those seeking a more leisurely paddle, although when the wind’s up it can be challenging! The meanders offer easy access to the River Cuckmere and more adventurous paddles to Cuckmere Haven (the sea) or upriver to Alfriston. Within the South Downs National Park and South Downs Way, Friston Forest offers great mountain biking trails through beautiful woodland. It also offers challenging yet fun terrain for our PT sessions!
